    This is my new favorite flour to add to my regular flour. I’d order 5 kg last friday and I recived today(Tuesday) which was quite late but considering the folks are based in Hunza valley, its understandable.
    I got the idea to purchase this flour after purchasing the buckwheat groat from shopping home. Its work a try and good value for money considering its health benefits.

    I used to buy buckwheat flour from Whole foods, but recent experience made me stop buying from there, and try this brand instead. A few days ago, I tried to find out more information about Whole Foods buckwheat, in particular, the place of origin, or at least if it is imported or not. I care about quality of my food. Whole foods representatives didn’t know where their product is sourced from.
