Product Information

Are all products from Hunza Valley?

Yes, all our products are from Hunza and neighboring valleys except Kaju and Pista. They are imported from Iran.

Are all products Organic and Natural?

All products are grown in natural environments without the use of artificial fertilizers. And no preservatives are used unless stated in the product description. But no product is lab tested or certified organic.

Is the medical advice given on your website accurate?

We share the benefits of our products on our website so that customers can have a general idea of what the nuts and dried fruits are good for but we do not provide any medical advice or suggestion and readers are advised to get proper advice from a professional.

Are the dried fruits from a Farm or collected from Wild Forests?

We have both dried fruits and nuts from farms and wild forests. They are, however, processed at our local factory with ancient techniques without the use of preservatives or colors.

Do you have a factory that I can visit?

Yes, our main collection unit is at Rahimabad, Valley. You are welcome to visit. Learn more about us.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available? 

During checkout, you’ll see a standard shipping option. In standard shipping, your parcel is shipped with Leopards Courier Service. When your package is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Do you have a shop in Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi where I can visit?

Unfortunately, we do not have any official stores in Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi. However, we present our products at major expos/events like Lok Virsa Festival in Islamabad, Daachi Expo in Lahore, and more.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? 

As we ship directly from Hunza, delivery takes about 3-5 business days. You track your parcel online or contact us at [email protected], and we will update you.

Note: Due to Covid-19 & recent flooding in different valleys, deliveries may get affected.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We have temporarily passed shipping internationally. We are planning to partner with Amazon to deliver internationally to amazon supported countries soon.

We ship worldwide to 174 countries. The shipping is provided by Pak Post (with its affiliates), and costs, depending on the region, are mentioned during checkout.

Customers from the following countries can place order right now:

  • Canada

  • Qatar,
  • Republic of Macedonia
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • and Pakistan (of course 😊)

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently only accept IBFT – Bank Transfer to our official Soneri Bank, Habib Bank, and Easypaisa accounts.

We also offer a Cash on delivery option.

Debit/credit card payments are currently unavailable.

Is cash on delivery offered?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery as a payment method. However, you’ll get extra 3%-10% off when you pay by direct bank transfer.

Is my card data safe?

Online payment is hosted on a PCI DSS Complaint platform so your data is fully secured.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Visit the Shop page and add products to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button. When you’ve added the required items to your cart, click on view cart at the top of the page and check out. If you want to save your wishlist or try another time, you can create a free account with your email and use it to save your cart.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to shop Hunza Organic Dried Fruits. From the product page, click on Add to Cart button and checkout. If you want to save your wishlist or try another time, you can create a free account with your email to use for shopping.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

Most of the frequently asked questions are answered here, and we constantly add more questions. If your question isn’t answered here, please feel free to contact us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If, for any reason, you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Note: Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. If you want to return an item, please see our Return Policy.

How Do I Track My Order?

You receive mail updates about your order at the email you provided during checkout. You can also check the status of your order at Order Tracking.

How Can I Return a Product?
