In May the ripe season of mulberry and cherries is started from Gilgit. We start to collect raw material in May, bring the raw material to the processing unit, and put it into the pulping process. A unique and plus point for GB climate is that there are different ripe seasons for a specific fruit starting from low altitude areas (like Gilgit) to high altitude areas (like upper Hunza), so raw material remains available till the end of September. Now we store the pulp in big drums and the production process starts. After production, it is put to the filling process and then to packaging process. The factory supervisor, manager, and labor control the processes.
